Postgraduate studies

To start, I was not totally sure what I wanted to study. I got in Food Engineering because I wanted to change to Chemistry and Pharmacy, but in my first year of study, I realized that this career had aspects that called my attention, so I decided to stay in Engineering in Food.

Entering to study it was a great blessing, because with my mom we didn’t know how we were going to pay the University, but everything was solved with a scholarship that I got, thanks to that I can stay here. Although I have this scholarship, is hard to pay what’s left of the total cost, so it’s not in my plans to study another thing after I finish my career, and in no way I want to use CAE.

If I had a choice to do any postgraduate, I would like study a Magister in Food, Mention Management, Quality and Food Safety in the University of Chile because I'm very attracted to the safety of food, I am interested in the fact that the food we are consuming is properly manufactured and of a good quality. The issue of "cleanliness" in every aspect, I am very worried, so I think that applying this taste to what I am studying is good and besides, I would worry about taking care of the health of people in general, through the food that they consume.
